Detailed Introduction
EB-6 sulfur tolerant shift catalyst is the first domestically produced catalyst successfully applied to shift pressure of 3.0MPa in China. It was identified by the National Science and Technology Commission in 1994 and included in the list of catalysts; 85 "; National Key Promotion Project of Scientific and Technological Achievements, awarded the Second Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress in Hubei Province.
The EB-6 series sulfur resistant shift catalyst uses a special spinel structure carrier loaded with cobalt molybdenum and additives, which has excellent low-temperature activity, mechanical strength, and thermal stability. It is suitable for shift systems with shift pressures ranging from 2.5 to 8.0 MPa, different steam partial pressures, and CO contents. At the same conversion rate, its active temperature is about 30 ℃ lower than similar catalysts at home and abroad, which can reduce the amount of steam added and lower the CO content in the outlet gas. Suitable for conversion processes such as using coal as raw material to synthesize ammonia and methanol, urban gas, coal to oil or coal to olefin.
At present, the EB-6 series sulfur tolerant shift catalysts have been successfully applied in the shift processes of Lurgi furnace gas production, coal water slurry gas production, Shell gas production, aerospace furnace gas production, BGL furnace gas production, and UGI fixed bed gas production. Among them, Shanxi Taiyuan Fertilizer Co., Ltd. used EB-6 catalyst from 2002 to 2011 and operated stably for 9 years. In 2008, the first domestically developed high-pressure and low steam to gas ratio low-temperature transformation process using UGI (Shanxi Tianze Coal Chemical Co., Ltd.) employed the EB series high-pressure sulfur resistant transformation catalyst. The catalyst was successfully driven in one attempt and met the design requirements. The catalyst has been in use ever since and its activity remains stable.

■ Has excellent mechanical strength and can withstand high water vapor pressure.
■ High conversion rate of organic sulfur and good resistance to low sulfur.
■ Easy to sulfurize, efficient and rapid sulfurization methods can be used to shorten the heating and sulfurization time.
■ The catalyst has a long service life, usually 2-8 years.
