In the continuous regeneration reforming process of catalysts, the use of high-temperature dechlorination agents to remove HCl from the regenerated gas is an effective new technology. Removing HCl from high-temperature coal gas is one of the key technologies for achieving coal gasification combined cycle power generation (IGCC). ET-2G high-temperature dechlorination agent is suitable for dechlorination in reforming and regenerating gas, exhaust gas, high-temperature coal gas, and other high-temperature chlorine containing gases. It has been industrially applied in the reforming units of Sinopec Luoyang Branch, Jiujiang Branch, and Guangzhou Branch.
