1. Characteristics of T104 conversion absorption type fine desulfurizer;
1. T101 and T102 fine desulfurizers, ordinary iron oxide, etc. can only remove H2S, and have no fine desulfurization function for COS and CS2; And T104 can not only finely remove H2S, but also finely remove COS and CS2. Its precision in finely removing H2S, COS, and CS2can all reach<0.01ppm~0.02ppm, and the total sulfur can reach<0.06ppm.
2. In order to overcome the capillary condensation phenomenon, the COS room temperature hydrolysis catalyst requires the installation of heating and cooling equipment and a second desulfurization tower. However, the T104 fine desulfurizer achieves the conversion and absorption of COS under true room temperature (10 ℃~40 ℃, saturated or near saturated water vapor) conditions, solving the two major international problems and saving heating and cooling equipment and a second desulfurization tower.
3. Currently, all precision desulfurizers and catalysts are difficult to remove CS2below 100 ℃, while T104 can convert, absorb, and remove CS2at temperatures between 10 ℃ and 40 ℃, which is an international first.
In addition to the excellent performance mentioned above, T104 fine desulfurizer also has a certain removal effect on high boiling organic sulfur such as thiophene, thiol, and sulfide.

III. Reaction Principle and Quality Inspection Standards
1. Reaction principle
COS and CS2in the feed gas are converted into H2S under the catalytic action of EZX, and H2S in the feed gas reacts with the remaining O2to form sulfur deposits in the micropores of the desulfurizer. Organic sulfur such as thiophene, thiol, and sulfide either react with the active components of EZX or are adsorbed by activated carbon for removal.
