Performance Characteristics and Applications
HB-2 type thiol desulfurizer is a thiol desulfurizer developed by Hubei Chemical Research Institute, which can be used in both gas and liquid phases. It is mainly used for the removal of thiols in natural gas, liquefied gas, oilfield gas, petrochemical feed gas, light naphtha, gasoline, solvent oil, etc. It can be used in conjunction with H2S precision desulfurizers such as DS-1 and T703 to achieve the goal of precision desulfurization. It has the following characteristics:
1. Good catalytic activity, thiol conversion rate of 90%;
2. High precision of thiol removal, with a thiol content of 0.03 at the gas phase outlet; 10-6; Ensure that the liquid phase passes the doctoral experiment;
3. It can be used in a wide temperature range of 5-80 ℃.
Two reaction principle
Under the action of the catalyst, RSH generates RSSR and H2O, thereby achieving deodorization and preventing equipment corrosion. The reaction equation is:
