Multi functional purification

The main feature of DJ-1 multifunctional purifier is its high removal (conversion rate) of oxygen and organic sulfur under high hydrogen sulfide conditions, which is pioneering in China.

This purification agent can be used for the removal (conversion) of oxygen and organic sulfur in water gas, coke oven gas, and various chemical feed gases.
 

Its characteristics are:
1) Wide active temperature range (100-400 ℃);
2) Fast reaction speed (airspeed 1000~6000h-1);
3) Strong resistance to sulfate poisoning (sulfur tolerance has no upper limit);
4) Good selectivity, no side reactions such as methanation and CO shift.

COS + H2O = H2S+CO               O2 + 2H2 = 2H2O
CS2+2H2O = 2H2S+CO              O2 + 2CO = 2CO2
HCN + H2O = NH3 + CO
